Do I need to open an account to shop with you?

You do not need to open an account to shop with us. However, by setting up an account, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you place an order. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out in the shopping cart page. 

How do I create an account?

Please visit the footer of our website.

Under “Solei Store” you will find “My Account”.

Once you click on”My Account”, you will be able to log in or create an account.

You can follow the prompts from there.

I am having trouble adding an item to my shopping cart

You will be able to add an item to your cart as long as it is available.

If the item appears as available, and you are still having trouble adding it to your cart please contact us. Online Store #: 773-715-4771.

How do I pay for my order?

We offer you the following payment methods:

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can cancel or change an order, as long as the order has not been shipped.

You must get in contact with us as soon as possible, and receive verbal or written confirmation from us of the change or cancellation.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

The discount code must be applied at checkout.

Please note that we are unable to apply the discount code, after the order has been placed.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email after the order has been placed.

If you do not receive it please check your Spam folder.

How long does it take to process an order?

We process orders the same day or next business day, Monday-Friday.

We can experience delays if a Holiday lands on a weekday.

How long does delivery take?

The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items. At the time of processing your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the charges and the estimated delivery date.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

U.S and Puerto Rico orders are sent via USPS.

International orders are sent via DHL.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We can change the shipping address, as long as the order has not been shipped.

You must get in contact with us as soon as possible, and receive verbal or written confirmation from us of the address change.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

You may check the status of your parcel via “Order Tracking” to find out why it might have been delayed.

Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

If the package is returned to us because the customer put the wrong address or forgot information (ex: unit, apartment), then the customer is responsible for the redelivery charge.

If USPS made an error with the delivery, then we will cover the redelivery charge.
