Our customers' satisfaction is our top priority, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order we can offer you an exchange or store credit. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Exchanges & Store Credit

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • We must be contacted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item/s must be in their original condition, and with all applicable tags.
  • We must have the item/s you would like currently in stock, to proceed with an exchange.
  • For store credit, you will have 3 months to use the credit, starting the day the return is processed.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange and return.

In-Store Exchanges

If you would like to process an exchange in-store, we MUST be contacted first.

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for an exchange:

  • We must be contacted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item/s must be in their original condition, and with all applicable tags.
  • We must have the item/s you would like currently in stock, to proceed with an exchange.

Once we confirm that the requested item/s are available at the warehouse, we will send the item/s to the store, where the customer can complete the exchange.

We no longer have artisanal items available in-store, so it is imperative that we be contacted first.
